The first is Kite Realty Group Trust going ex-div on January 05, 2010 with a yield of 5.69%

On January 6, 2010 ATT (T) goes ex-dividend with a solid 5.98% yield. Verizon (VZ) goes ex-dividend that same day with a yield of 5.7%.

I expect to see some heavy trading around T and VZ this week.
